a speeding bullet

I'm in love..... sorry husband, but there's a new guy in town vying for my attention and he's smooth, shiny and makes me feel good every day - Mr Nutribullet, swoon. Okay so maybe I'm a little late to the party but I cannot get over how amazing this little guy is. It has quite literally changed my life for the better and my children's (one and nearly five).

It does exactly what it says on the tin and the beauty of this clever piece of gadgetry is that you can incorporate it into your life as much or as little as you want. You could drastically change your eating habits for the better, by following a three phase programme combining Nutriblasts with a sensible eating plan.

Or if you're like me and your diet is reasonably healthy to begin with, you can just add a Nutriblast into your day as needed. I've swapped my breakfast for a healthy blast and feel so much better for it, as well as whizzing up a quick blast pre and post workouts. It's also a great way to use up all that food we would otherwise throw away - the spotted brown bananas, the overripe avocado or pear - all totally acceptable when popped into one of these beauties.

What a fantastic, quick and delicious way to consume a good chunk of your daily fruit and veg requirements, packed full of the added extras you can slip in to make sure your smoothie is oozing with goodness (think chia seeds, flaxseed, hemp, pumpkin or sunflower seeds, not to mention nuts) - especially for the kids, we all know it can be tricky to get them to eat suspicious looking leafy greens and this way they don't even know they're doing it. Win win!!

All hail the new messiah - thank you Nutribullet your fabulousness is very much appreciated.
